Refund Policy

Purchases are generally final, while cancellation stops future subscription renewals. Mandatory consumer rights and the payment provider’s terms still apply.

Effective 26 September 2026 · Last updated 26 September 2026

1. General rule

Unless required by applicable law, expressly stated on an app’s purchase page, or approved by the payment provider, completed purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We do not offer refunds merely because you changed your mind, forgot to cancel, or did not use the product.

2. Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel a subscription using the method shown in the app, purchase receipt, or account used to buy it. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. It does not reverse a charge already completed, and access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period.

3. Paddle purchases

For purchases where Paddle is the merchant of record, refund and withdrawal requests are handled under Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Paddle may grant a refund when required by law or when it decides a discretionary refund is appropriate. Requests can be made through Paddle Buyer Support.

If applicable consumer law gives you a withdrawal right, that right may be affected once you begin downloading, streaming, using, or receiving the digital product after agreeing to immediate access. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

4. Product problems

If a paid product is materially different from its description, faulty, inaccessible, or not fit for its stated purpose, contact us with the app name, purchase email, date, and a description of the problem. We will help investigate and, where appropriate, coordinate with the payment provider. Do not include full payment-card details.

5. Fraud and abuse

A refund may be refused where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, account misuse, or manipulation, subject to applicable law and the payment provider’s rules. Refunded access may be withdrawn.

6. Contact

For help identifying the correct purchase or support route, email shivraj32644@gmail.com. Include the app name and purchase email.
