1. Who operates this website

Bits and Neurons is the studio name used by Shivraj Dangi, an independent software developer based in India. In these terms, “Bits and Neurons,” “we,” and “us” refer to Shivraj Dangi operating under that studio name.

2. Using the studio website

You may use this website to learn about the studio, find official product pages, review policies, and contact support. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use its content in violation of applicable law or another person’s rights.

3. Individual apps

Each app is a separate product with its own description, features, availability, pricing, purchase flow, and, where needed, additional terms. If product-specific terms conflict with these website terms, the product-specific terms govern your use of that product.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

Prices, billing periods, trial terms, and included features are shown on the applicable product page or purchase screen before you pay. Subscriptions renew for the period shown at purchase until cancelled. Cancelling prevents future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period unless the purchase terms state otherwise.

Where Paddle processes a purchase, Paddle acts as the merchant of record and its buyer terms also apply. Bits and Neurons does not independently collect or store your full payment-card information.

5. Refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms. It explains the general non-refundable baseline, cancellation, mandatory consumer rights, and payment-provider processes.

6. Intellectual property

The studio name, website design, app names, software, original text, graphics, and other materials are owned by Shivraj Dangi or used with permission. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue this website or an app, and may change features or pricing for future billing periods. We will provide notice where required by law or the applicable purchase terms.

8. Disclaimers and responsibility

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. Our responsibility for a paid product is also governed by its product-specific terms and the mandatory law that applies to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
